As part of my Health Optimization Plan (H.O.P.) – my official weigh in days are Mondays.
Here is a summary of my progress to date:
Starting Weight (September 29, 2008): 252.2 pounds
Weight Last Weigh In (January 12, 2009): 224.4 pounds
Current Weight (February 2, 2008): 224 pounds
Total Weight Lost: 28.2 pounds
Goal Weight (September 29, 2009): 162.2 pounds
My ultimate goal is to lose 90 pounds. I have 61.8 pounds to go.
Current Weight Loss Pace (February 2, 2008): .2238 pounds per day
I am losing .2238 pounds per day. At that pace, I should reach my goal weight of 162.2 pounds in 276 more days – November 5, 2009. My goal date is September 29, 2009. I am behind schedule. Over the past three weeks, I’ve hit my first stall. Hopefully, by sticking to my eating plan and continuing to exercise, I’ll break the stall and continue to lose weight. I am not depressed – I am determined!
Pretty awesome progress.
Keep going and you’ll make it!
You have all the information needed.
All there needs to be now is your determination!
I look forward in keeping up with your progress.
Hi,
I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out and it actually worked quite well. Within 4 months I managed to lose about 65 pounds. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now. You can read more about the lady’s article at

Hi Jason,
I was on the “frugal coast to coast” call last night. It was a pleasure hearing what you had to say. You said so many great things! I think our food plans are much alike, nuts berries, lean meats and veggies. Good company at social events is more important than the food and on and on!
What’s most important when I work with a client with a “weight loss goal” is to understand WHY they want to lose weight. If we can tie their desire to lose weight to their top goal in their life, they have success.
When the weight loss goal is tied to your larger desire for your life, weight does not seem to be the goal at all. Health and energy to do the things and be with the people you want to do and be with ends up being the real goal.
Again, a pleasure hearing your perspective and I look forward to following your progress and reading what you have to share.
Best,
Rachel
@Rachel Z Thanks so much for the positive words. The interview was a blast, and I really enjoyed it. Good to hear from you…
