I have lost a total of 14 pounds! I lost 1.4 pounds last week.
Goal Weight (September 29, 2009)
162.2 Pounds
My ultimate goal is to lose 90 pounds. I have 76 pounds to go.

.3333 Pounds Per Day
I am losing .3333 Pounds Per Day. At that pace, I should reach my goal weight of 162.2 Pounds in 228 more days – June 26, 2009. My goal date is September 29, 2009. I am ahead of schedule – but my weight loss pace has been slowing, just a bit.
Good job! I’ve only lost 5.2 pounds since the beginning of September. So I’m totally jealous. Of course, that is 25% of my goal, so I suppose I can’t complain.
I use fitday to track my weight, calories, and exercise too! I love them. I’ve been using it for about 6 years now.
Congratulations on the weight loss and the aggressive goal. You’re rate of weight loss is well ahead of mine, but our goals are similar. I’ve posted my weigh-tloss trending on my blog here: http://www.devcow.com/blogs/adnrg/archive/2008/10/24/a-losing-proposition.aspx. In the same time span (Sept 29 to Nov 4th which was my last weigh-in) I’ve lost about 9 lbs and my overall rate of loss during the tracked period has been about 0.2 pounds lost per day.

i quit drinking Diet Coke (reference to your 99 Things Blog) and I have lost 8 pounds.
